English overview

Stone crushing is a controlled size-reduction process within a wider production circuit. Compression machines break material between surfaces, whereas impact machines accelerate particles into collisions. Jaw, cone and impact designs serve different duties; the circuit must match the source rock, feed characteristics and required products. Screening separates sizes and can return oversize material for another pass. A crusher setting is therefore not identical to a finished-product sieve curve. This guide explains feed preparation, primary and later crushing stages, recirculation, particle shape, wear and representative product checks. Hypothetical mass-balance examples illustrate why gross machine throughput and saleable or accepted output are different quantities. Equipment names alone do not establish ballast quality: grading, shape, cleanliness, strength and durability require their own evidence. The full Persian text also discusses how production records help investigate a changed result. It is educational material, not a replacement for the manufacturer's operating instructions, isolation procedures or a site's approved safety system.
